Put your hands behind the back of your head and draw your shoulders and upper back up off the floor with your abdominal muscles. Hold this position while you count to 4. Do as many as can.

Stay in the same position but this time draw your left shoulder and left upper back up off the floor and squeeze your right oblique muscles. Make sure your right elbow is drawing toward your right knee. Do as many as you can. Repeat this exercise for you left side also.
Flat Stomach In 2 Weeks With Leg Lifts
Lie flat on the floor and put both your hands on the floor under your lower back just above your buttocks. Keep your legs straight and ankles together. Lift your feet about a foot off the floor and hold them their while you slowly count to four. Repeat this until you get a good burn in your lower abdomen.
As you do these exercises each morning make sure you are sticking to the rapid weight-loss plan you have chosen. As the fat comes off your stomach will flatten and you will amazed at how great you look in clothes that hug around the middle. In stead of that pooch you will have the nice flat look.
